The doctor listens to my pain complaints and offers solutions. The doctor I used to see in the past had advertisements he could help with people’s pain but only offered shots. With Dr. Manoharan, I was provided with different options right away. His staff is very nice and understanding. It is necessary when dealing with people and their pain. The wait is a little longer but it’s worth it because once you’re seen, you get heard and have hope.

I had a very good experience during my visit at Dr. Nashin Monahar’s office. All the staff was courteous and I was attended in a timely manner.

I have had only one short visit so far, so opinions are not made as yet. The doctor seems like a highly trained professional. / I imagine he sees many people in sincere pain who are not happy. I’m sure he sees many people who are not sincerely in physical pain who are just wanting narcotics. If I were him, I may get fatigued with the same scenario every day. // I resent the drug-chasers because they make things harder for legitimate victims of pain. / I look forward to my first treatment.

From the beginning he was unprepared didnt look at all my reports from prior dr., he is rude and has no sympathy. I have been struggling with back pain for years and when I was finally feeling a little relief my original dr stopped taking my insurance. His last words to me were. " Nothing I can do for you, I dont want to see you anymore." I wouldn't recommend this dr to my worst enemy.

Dr. Manohar and his excellent staff where absolutely the best team Had my first visit and I can say that it was an excellent experience, got all my questions answered in a timely manner.

3 hours into my very first visit. He did no lab work, he asked “ what do you want me to do?” A few times, how a “specialist” thinks this is professional is beyond me. He told me he couldn’t help me because I can’t certain meds but it was the reason why I was referred. His manner was absolutely unacceptable or professional. He wants easy cases he could have relayed that in better manner. I am contacting everyone the TMB, AOA there is no way he bas a board certificate and the TMB obviously doesn’t care but I work in Medical Compliance and this was absolutely astonishing

He's a really great Doctor, he takes He's time on each patient, to see that they get all the attention we need, and believe me we do, So I would recommend him to my family and friends

Great Dr. I was in and out in no time. The Dr. saw me and immediately made a decision to prescribe me some pain medication which worked great.

Dr. Manohar has always been a great doctor and has never dismissed me as any other physician would with my diagnosis being that it is so complicated. Having Multiple Sclerosis he has gone above and beyond to help me and listen to me . I suffer from multiple areas of pain , nerve pain and severe back and neck pain along with muscle spasms . His office staff has always been respectful. I am very blessed to have him as my pain specialist. I would highly recommend Dr. Manohar.

The test I was given was not comfortable, Was extremely painful. But that's the best kind of testhey have I guess. Doctor was very attentive. Was very informative throughout the exam. The waiting room looks very bad with paper all over the wall information. The restroom was dirty. I've never seen a doctor's office like this. It looks like poor care

As usual, Dr. Manohar does a great job with my back injections. He has a great bedside manner with me as well. He also always listens to my concerns. I'd recommend him as your pain management doctor!

First visit here. Wait was long as with many specialists even but once I was called information was reviewed with assistant. Thereafter I could hear it being reviewed with the doctor outside the door, when I came in no one was in the halls so no real concern as my name was not used. Doctor came in reviewed my information and asked for clarification and reviewed my previous medical treatment. I was concerned since I have been in a lot of pain the previous weeks but the week I came in I was not experiencing pain, I have hurt patients say they needed to get things done and thought

I really do appreciate and thank the staff always willing and able to help there was a misunderstanding on my behalf on my appointment and I thank Dr. Manohar and his great staff for being understanding and working with me knowing the importance of the appointment and quickly accommodating me to see the doctor great job really do appreciate it keep up the good work surely I have not been the only one

Was discharged due to one of the MA/OFFICE MANAGER who would not assist me with fixing mistake she made when calling in my meds not would she allow me to speak to the doctor. I was not even informed until the day of my appointment that I was discharged from the practice.

Seeing & talking with Dr. Manohar is no problem. I'm just wishing for a little less waiting time to see him.

He just plain sucks!!!! Likes to berate you and play God. I was accused of Dr. Hopping without him doing his homework to find out the truth( I was on Hospice(for 2 years) then put with another new Dr. For 18 months). I then was put back on Hospice for a few months. Then was set up with a Dr. Who makes House Calls). Dr. Manohar didn't even make 1 phone call to any of the Dr.'s he saw on my DPS list of Dr.'s. He wouldn't even give me a chance to explain my situation. He passed judgement, just off what he saw on the DPS list of Dr.'s. Plan on being there for no less than 5 hours per visit. Very Rude!!

The doctor is really good but his staff nursees that help him make really bad mistakes in the pep scription s they give they are not reading well the patient nots what the doctor has upgraded on medication or even telling him the right information on what the patient is there for .

Front Office is very polite and respectful always remembers your name and your needs. The nurse receives you with a smile and with compassion. Doctor is professional and straight to the point. He’s considerate and explains what’s causing the pain and what can be done to help with the pain.

The wait is really long time , Almost 3 hours to get attended . That is not good , but the doctor is oky .

Overall the dr is good. The dr can’t control the insurance coverage but can control the amount of time patients have to wait to be seen. It should not take 3.5+ hours of waiting before you get to see them. Find this is the normal here in McAllen for doctor’s appointments though extremely frustrating.

The doctor is great and has been the only doctor that's helped me with my back pain and thanks to his help, I have way less pain. He takes the time to talk to me and listen to what i have to say and that shows me he actually cares versus other doctors I've seen who could careless and only see me as a way to get paid! His staff is awesome! They are kind, understanding, helpful and professional! Only wish the lobby chairs has more cushion but that's no big deal. I apologize for not knowing his name but he is at the front that checks you in once you have arrived. He is great and its awesome talking to him when I'm checking in. Also Naomi, she kind and friendly and understanding and easy to talk to when I need something or have questions. Very professional as all the staff is! Very grateful for all their help!

Being a patient with Dr Manohar has been a pleasure. He really knows what he's doing medically. He treats me well with respect and dignity as a person and not just a number. The more I see him and get treated by him for my pain management, the more I believe he cares for me with the utmost professionalism. He treats me so I can do as much as possible without too much pain! I believe that's why he's called a pain management doctor. The staff is great to me and very professional as well but I only wish that they could work on their wait times! Dr. Manohar is working towards that five star review soon!

Best dr I have ever had. I am youngish with issues normally associated with older. Most doctors don't take me seriously. Dr Manohar treats me like a real human with real issues. I appreciate his office for being efficient and courteous. If you suffer from pain he will help you.
